Just around the corner from Kings Beach and the Caloundra Headland, this holiday home is ideal for a beach getaway. The house itself is hidden down a long shared driveway with a gate that opens out into a magical yard and garden. The surrounding trees just add to the enchanted atmoshpere.
Outdoor Recreation
Take a break from being indoors on the comfortable outdoor lounge, or have a family BBQ at the alfresco dining space and savour a meal in the sun. There is more than enough backyard space, a trampoline, lots of trees, plus a baby swing all for the kids to enjoy. There’s even two double kayaks and body boards available for use.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Walking into the house, the beautifully designed kitchen is the first room you’ll see. Equipped with a dishwasher, oven and stovetop, Nespresso coffee machine, and large fridge and freezer, you will want for nothing while cooking on holiday. The attached dining area has a table that seats eight, ideal for big families.
A Spacious Master Suite
Thoughtfully furnished with families in mind, the master bedroom is comfortable even for those travelling with a newborn. Take time out and relax on the King bed, or enjoy a large shower and the amenities provided in the large ensuite; your convenience is a priority during your stay.
Multiple Bedrooms
Perfect for a family holiday, this house has plenty of room for large families; able to house up to four adults plus children. Apart from the master, there are two other bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other with a single and a bunk bed. With this much space, everyone is able to unwind.
A Cozy Living Area
A charming feature of this house is the functional fireplace in the lounge room on the ground floor. Next to it is a comfortable three-seater lounge and coffee table for you to put your feet up in the winter time. Located on the other side of this room is a wrap-around lounge, smart TV, and bluetooth speaker to meet all your entertainment needs.
