How do I book a stay with Welcome Ready?

You can book directly through our booking site: https://www.welcomeready.holiday/en Simply add your desired dates, number of guests, explore the properties available and complete your reservation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (excluding Amex) and other secure payment options through our booking platform. For detailed information, please refer to the payment section during checkout.

Is there a deposit required to secure my booking?

In most cases no deposit is required. Depending on the property and booking details, this would be clearly outlined during the booking process.

What is your cancellation policy?

As standard we offer a full refund up to 30 days prior to your check-in, within 30 days, no refund will be provided. Payment is taken in full only after the free cancellation policy ends, 30 days prior to your check-in date.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is typically available from 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Please refer to your booking confirmation for exact times.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please contact us in advance via the channel you booked with to make arrangements, and where possible, we will accommodate.

How do I access the property upon arrival?

Detailed check-in instructions, including access codes or key collection information, will be provided on the day of your check-in.

Is Wi-Fi available at the property?

Yes, all our properties offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Access details will be provided in your welcome book provided in the home.

Are pets allowed?

 Yes, all of our family friendly properties offer a porta cot and a highchair at the very minimum.

What amenities are included in my stay?

We provide hotel-quality linens, towels, and essential toiletries. Each property is equipped with kitchen essentials, including salt, pepper, oil, and a selection of specialty teas and coffee. For properties with a coffee machine, we supply Urban Brew coffee pods for Nespresso or pod coffee machines.

Is there a cleaning fee?

The standard professional clean fee will be outlined in your booking price. Our team will professionally clean after each guest stay, ensuring the property is ready for the next guests.

What attractions are near the properties?

Our properties are located in prime areas across the Sunshine Coast, close to beaches, parks, shopping, and dining options. Please refer to the individual property listings for specific local attractions.
