Located at the end of a residential cul-de-sac in Moffat Beach, Roderick Beach House is positioned perfectly for friends and family looking for a beautiful base to explore the absolute best of the Sunshine Coast. This home is secluded and within a few minutes walking distance to local Moffat Beach. Moffat Beach is a great dog beach and point break.
Plenty of Space for Everyone
Walk through the beautiful brick arch and down the hallway to find each of the three bedrooms. The master features a comfortable, queen-sized bed. The second bedroom also features a plush, queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is perfect for little ones with two single beds, games and puzzles. Decorated playfully, the final room has a day bed that converts to a single bed to accomodate an extra guest.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Enjoy your meals with all the comforts of home in this fully equipped kitchen. Designed with gourmet cooking in mind, the kitchen is stocked with all the essential ammenities. For those who love to stay caffeinated, there is a Nespresso machine and plenty of specialty teas to choose from.
Charming Living Room
Just off the dining area is the lounge room with seating for six to kick back, relax and watch a movie on the smart TV. This area is perfect for reading, playing games or just simply lounging about while basking in the company of your beloved family and friends (furry-friends included!).
Alfresco Outdoor Area
The indoor and outdoor areas feature an abundance of seating. The outdoor deck overlooking the tranquil garden has dining for six as well as four lounge chairs to relax with your morning coffee. The main living area features a 4-seater couch, 2 armchairs and a smart TV. The living room can also double as an extra bedroom to accomodate up to two additional guests.
Perfect For Pets
At the back of the house you will find a fully-fenced grassy area that is perfect for pets. Holiday with peace of mind knowing your furry-friend will be safe and content in this outdoor area.
