Located in a quiet residential street, Kombali is conveniently positioned only 450m away from Moffat Beach. The closest patrolled beach is Dicky Beach which is a short 5-min drive or 1.1km walk. The home is located within walking distance of Moffat Beach cafes, restaurants, playground and a grocery store. The home itself offers beautiful sea glimpses of the Moffat Beach from the upstairs deck.
Dual Living
The home is designed with functionality in mind and is split into two self-contained levels, accessible via an external set of stairs. The upstairs, self-contained level features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a modern kitchen, sleeping four people. Sleeping four people, the downstairs level is newly renovated and features a bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette.

Ideal for two families or groups of friends, Kombali features two seperate kitchens. The upstairs kitchen is modern and extends out to a beautiful alfresco dining area. The downstairs kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and provides groups with that little bit of extra space to prepare meals.

“This is such a great property and perfectly set up for a holiday rental. Our friend had her own space downstairs in the seperate self contained unit downstairs. The covered verandah areas outside was out hangout spot. The hosts went above and beyond to help us when needed and I could not fault them in anyway. They were truely amazing! We fell in love with Moffatt Beach Brewing Co. and ate there three times. Great atmosphere, full bar and delicious meals. If you’re a baker, the oven is clean although the fan is a little noisy, but it all worked fine. I did have to supply my own muffin and cake tin though along with my own hand mixer. I find most holiday rentals don’t expect you to bake when away. Thank you again Melanie, Verena and team! 5 Stars all round!”
