Located right at the front of this beautiful, spacious Golden Beach home is a private pool. Perfect for entertaining the kids on holiday, or just taking time away from the heat to relax in the cool water, this pool is a fantastic perk of this home. The area is fully secured by a fence, and has a small deck where you can lounge.
Spacious Outdoor Living
Aside from the pool, there is plenty left to do in the large backyard. Enjoy a BBQ or picnic with the whole family around the large ten-seater alfresco table, and watch the kids play in the outdoor space. The back of the home opens up to a huge open green area with mature trees that provide shade for the kids to play safely.
Modern Kitchen
Part of the gorgeous open plan design, the modern kitchen has everything you could want while on holiday. Fully equipped, the kitchen features a kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, stove cooktop and oven, along with plenty of cooking equipment. Spacious and private, the master suite is located right at the back of the house, with access to the backyard.
