Tucked away on a quiet street in Shelly Beach, you’re only a short walk to the Moffat Beach or Kings Beach scene. A perfect hub for families (& small furry friends) to enjoy the best of Caloundra.
There is also an identical townhouse with the same bedroom and bathroom configuration next door. Although very similar, this townhouse is slightly different in its décor and layout. Book out both townhouses for a large family holiday (pets included!) or simply secure one of them for a tranquil getaway that is just steps to the beach. Please note this townhouse does not have air-conditioning.

Minutes From the Beach
With gorgeous Shelly Beach just down the road, and the rest of Caloundra’s well-loved beaches within minutes, this house is a must stay for beach lovers. Gaze out over the seaside scenery from one of the balconies, or take the whole family - including the dog - down to play at one of the many parks and beaches nearby. For the more adventurous, Moffat Beach is ideal for surfing.
Space for the Whole Family
This home is beautifully styled, spacious and simplistic. The property stretches over two levels, is fully fenced and has a small grassy yard in the back for kids and pets to play. Two bedrooms downstairs give the kids their own space to relax. There is space in the garage for one car, with an extra space in the driveway. Bring the dog and the kids and revel in the peaceful atmoshpere.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is well-equipped with a kettle, pod coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, induction cooktop, oven, along with all the cooking equipment a holiday chef could wish for. A huge amount of bench space as well as seating off the kitchen’s island is available for all your travelling companions to enjoy a meal together.
A Spacious Master Suite
Located upstairs in both houses, the master suite is the only bedroom on the second level, making it ideal for a romantic getaway, or just some privacy from the kids. This room has a plush queen size bed with ocean views, a ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, as well as private en-suite with a large shower, and vanity sink.
Alfresco Dining Patio
There is a dining table for six indoors, as well as a fantastic alfresco dining patio with seating for six, and a four-burner Webber Q BBQ, and a mix of both indoor and outdoor chairs. Take your meals outside in the fresh air, or have a drink with your partner surrounded by the peaceful charm of the Sunshine Coast.
Designated Study Space
The beach house has a designated study space that is the perfect place to get some work done. Located on the ground floor, the space is well lit with overhead lighting. Equipped with plenty of books, this space is tastefully designed to make studying that little bit more appealing!
