You will have access to the entire downstairs unit and a fully-fenced yard. Please note the house itself is a shared property that is split between the upstairs unit and the downstairs unit (this listing you are currently on). The upstairs is a separate, self-sufficient space that is also rented out as a holiday listing. If you have a larger group, this may be beneficial as you can book both units together. Each of the two self-contained units have fully secure, separate entries and there is sound proofing between each level.
